CASE STUDIES

Selected work across global luxury, independent and lifestyle hospitality.

A closer look at the commercial and digital challenges behind three very different hospitality brands, and the approach taken to each.

The Other House

BOUTIQUE/LIFESTYLE/MEMBERSHIP

The Other House

THE CHALLENGE

The Other House pioneered London's "Residents' Club" concept. A hybrid of apartment living, hotel service and private members' club that didn't fit conventional hospitality booking journeys or marketing playbooks. It needed a digital presence that could explain and sell a genuinely new category.

THE APPROACH

We treated membership and short-stay guests as two connected but distinct journeys, aligning website architecture, CRM segmentation and paid acquisition around how people actually discover and evaluate a residents' club, then automated the follow-up processes behind it.

THE OUTCOME

A clearer digital journey from first visit to membership enquiry, with automation reducing manual follow-up and freeing the team to focus on high-value conversations.

Resident Hotels

INDEPENDENT/LIFESTYLE

Resident Hotels

THE CHALLENGE

Resident needed to scale its "home-from-home" positioning across a growing multi-property portfolio without losing the sense of place that made each address distinct, while strengthening direct revenue against a crowded boutique-lifestyle set.

THE APPROACH

We built a commercial and brand-awareness framework spanning strategy, development and market segmentation, giving each property room to express its own character while strengthening Resident's collective positioning and direct channel performance.

THE OUTCOME

Consistent growth in direct revenue across the portfolio, achieved while keeping each property's local identity and guest experience intact.

The Savoy London

GLOBAL LUXURY

The Savoy London

THE CHALLENGE

One of the world's most recognised hotel names carries both an advantage and a constraint: expectation. The Savoy needed digital strategy that matched its historic stature while competing for attention in an increasingly crowded luxury market.

THE APPROACH

Work focused on digital strategy, brand awareness and market positioning, sharpening how the property is discovered and considered by today's luxury traveller without diluting more than a century of heritage.

THE WORK

DIGITAL STRATEGYBRAND AWARENESSMARKET POSITIONING

THE OUTCOME

A stronger, more contemporary digital presence that reinforced The Savoy's position among the world's most iconic hotels.
